๐ŸŒฟ About MindSet Neurodivergent

A calm ecosystem for real life

MindSet Neurodivergent is a free, sensory-friendly platform built to support neurodivergent people and the adults around them โ€” through practical tools for emotions, communication, routines, and everyday situations.

๐ŸŒฑ Founder note

MindSet Neurodivergent was initiated by Fabrice Jolivet, inspired by lived experience as an autistic and neurodivergent person. That perspective shapes a simple design promise: calm, respectful tools that reduce overwhelm โ€” and never shame someone for how their brain works.

Why MindSet feels different

MindSet Neurodivergent was created from a simple observation:
many neurodivergent children, teens, and adults are surrounded by tools โ€” but still feel misunderstood.

This platform was built to offer something different.

Not a system to โ€œfixโ€ people.
Not a clinical program.
But a calm, respectful space to explore emotions, communication, and everyday challenges โ€” at your own pace.

MindSet is shaped by lived experience, ongoing learning, and constant listening. Every tool is designed to reduce pressure, not add it. To support regulation, not compliance. And to respect neurodivergent ways of thinking, feeling, and communicating.

Why MindSet exists

Many supports are scattered across apps, worksheets, services, and paid platforms โ€” and families often have to piece together what works, under stress, with little time and limited guidance.

  • Tools are often fragmented (emotions here, AAC there, social support somewhere else).
  • Design is frequently overwhelming for sensory-sensitive users.
  • Teens and adults are often under-served โ€” especially for everyday life skills and identity support.
  • Parents, carers, and professionals need clarity about what a platform can and canโ€™t do.
MindSet is built to make support feel more accessible, calmer, and easier to navigate โ€” one small tool at a time.

What we build

MindSet is an ecosystem: different zones and tools that connect, so a user can start where they are and grow over time.

๐Ÿง’ Kids

Emotion tools, routines, gentle games, and calming spaces designed for children.

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐ŸŽ“ Teens

Support for identity, masking, school stress, friendships, and self-understanding.

๐Ÿง‘ Adults

Everyday support for overwhelm, communication, routines, and work-life needs.

๐Ÿซ Schools

Classroom-friendly tools for inclusion, supporting teachers and students.

๐Ÿค What MindSet is โ€” and isnโ€™t

MindSet is:

  • A supportive digital environment
  • A growing ecosystem of tools
  • Designed for autonomy, safety, and dignity

MindSet is not:

  • A diagnostic tool
  • A replacement for therapy or education plans
  • A one-size-fits-all solution

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or crisis support in your area.

Grounding & design approach

MindSet is shaped by lived experience and a commitment to neurodiversity-affirming support. Where possible, tools are inspired by widely-used practices (such as emotional regulation supports, visual communication strategies, and predictable routines) โ€” translated into calmer, more accessible digital formats.

  • Lived experience informed: built with neurodivergent understanding at the core.
  • Practical and everyday: focused on real moments, not tests or scores.
  • Low-pressure design: gentle language, fewer steps, predictable layouts.
  • Community-minded: open to feedback from parents, educators, therapists, and neurodivergent people.
This platform is a supportive resource โ€” it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or crisis intervention.

Privacy & safety

We aim to avoid โ€œdata-hungryโ€ patterns. Tools are designed to be used calmly, with minimal friction and maximum dignity.

  • We keep language clear and age-appropriate.
  • We design for sensory comfort and emotional safety.
  • We prioritize transparency about what happens on the platform.
